Lianie Jean is the founder of BioTech Foundation, Inc., a philanthropic environmental services organization that provides strategies and information to eradicate poverty and increase environmental-friendly awareness. 

As a Leadership Coach: Dr. Lianie Jean is a Senior Leadership Advisor to Educare For Exceptional Children, LLC, and boards. She is the founder of Educare For Exceptional Children, LLC, a consulting firm with global scope with a focus on addressing leadership and executive development and consulting in special education. She is one of the top leadership executive coaches in the world. 

As a consultant, Dr. Lianie specializes in assisting executives and leadership teams to maximize their potential through process transformation, strategic planning, and organizational change growth. 

As a facilitator, Dr. Lianie's workshops are focused on growth and result-driven activities that are sustainable and measurable.

Served as Senior Project Manager for BioTech Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to raise eco-friendly practices and eradicate poverty. Educare for Exceptional Children sponsored the projects. The responsibilities included: project managing various parts of the transaction lifecycle; consulting business operations in global marketing; leading the management and upload of translation documents for eLearning modules (captivate files, videos, quizzes, etc.); Implementing learning technology such as eLearning development software, virtual classrooms, and/or learning management systems to drive results globally; leading the focus on a particular segment of the global environmentally friendly initiatives that has a complex ecosystem of stakeholders, partners, and co-creators; Anticipating and defining strategic and enduring leadership capabilities that are essential to growth and engagement in the capabilities of current and future environmental practices.

    As an Executive Director for Educare For Exceptional Children, LLC (EFECLLC), I manage its cloud-based operation with a 21st-century approach. The responsibilities included: consulting business operations experience; Designed and developed digital education content, including animations, videos, courses, and creative PDFs (using Adobe Creative Suite), for an eLearning course that needs to engage users; developed programs and taught formats that are results-driven, creative, innovative, and user-friendly; Leveraging data and analytics to inform approaches and gain relevant insights into key strategic brand initiatives in order to develop the most appropriate education tools and programs; Key areas of research include effective leadership practices, innovative curriculum, and instructions using applications in K–12. Crafted and implemented innovative, high-impact solutions to address leadership needs, gaps in education, and the challenges of meeting academically challenged students; assessed the efficacy of educational solutions in terms of impact and opportunities for improvement; Maintained current perspectives on trends and innovations in external leadership development in education; monitored educational leadership consultants, instructional coaching, professional development, and management marketing.
